Steel Pier Installation – Exterior
We gain access to the foundation beam and install a galvanized steel pier, driven in 1-ft increments to true refusal or 10,000 PSI. Exterior installations require excavating at the foundation perimeter to expose the beam. After the pier is installed and secured, the area is backfilled and compacted.

Steel Pier Installation – Interior
We gain access to the foundation beam and install a galvanized steel pier, driven in 1-ft increments to true refusal or 10,000 PSI. Interior installations require creating up to a 3'x3' concrete access hole to reach the beam. After the pier is installed and secured, the concrete opening is patched.

Interior Pier Installation via Tunnel
Install steel piers at designated interior locations using tunnel access. Includes labor to drive piers to refusal and secure brackets per engineering specifications.

Tunnel Excavation & Backfill
Excavate tunnel beneath the foundation to provide clear access under grade beams for interior pier installation. Includes full backfill and compaction upon completion of work.
- 08.
Concrete Breakout & Patching
Carefully saw-cut and remove designated concrete sections to access underlying foundation areas. Upon completion of necessary work, all breakouts will be patched and restored using high-strength concrete, ensuring a clean, durable finish that blends with the existing surface.

Clean & Hauloff
Remove and haul off all job-related debris, soil, and broken concrete from the property. Includes site cleanup and final sweep to leave the area safe and presentable.

City Permit
We obtain all required municipal permits for the foundation repair project, including submission of plans, documentation, and follow-up with the city until full approval is issued.
- 11.
Engineer Report
An engineer will conduct a post-installation inspection, as required by city code, to verify proper pier placement and confirm that home elevations meet standards. A certified report will be provided upon completion.

Post Hydro-static Test
A hydrostatic plumbing test will be performed after the lift to ensure there are no leaks in the drainage system. This test helps confirm the plumbing remains intact following foundation adjustments.

Alamo Steel Life Time Warranty
Covers the structural integrity of all installed foundation piers for the life of the structure. Warranty is fully transferable at no cost to future owners. Coverage is contingent upon confirmation of a leak-free plumbing system post-lift and throughout the life of the warranty.
